Information Request Form

Here you can download an Information Request Form, fill it in and send it to us. All enquirers, both Commercial and Non-Commercial, need to sign and complete an IRF before we can release any data to them.

• For Commercial Enquirers: Read the notes in the enquiry section. Answers to the majority of questions are contained within the explanations.
• Complete and post, fax or e-mail the IRF back to us, including a map of the boundaries of your search area, a grid reference and a contact e-mail address.
• Upon reciept of the IRF we will send you a Search Agreement Form (SAF) and a quote. Please sign and date this form if you accept the quote and would like us to proceed with the search. Please fax or post the ISAF to us.
• Once the SAF has been recieved, we will endevour to provide you with the data within ten working days, unless otherwise agreed.

I will read both sides of the IRF and by submitting an enquiry agree to all its terms and conditions. I understand that any alterations to the existing text contained within this download shall render any agreement null and void. I understand that I must first consult BRERC with regard to charges incurred and the deadline for this enquiry to be completed by. I agree to provide BRERC with an accurate map of my required search area together with a six-figure grid reference to pinpoint its location.
