The office at Yatton is a self-contained BRERC office, with our own IT equipment, broadband internet, filing space and a link back to the electronic data at the main BRERC office in Bristol.
At present, the office is manned intermittently, depending on staff commitments. Local recorders are welcome to make an appointment to visit the office between 10am and 4pm, for a half-hour slot in which they can ask questions about recording, submit data, obtain grid reference maps and much more. However, sometimes due to lack of staff or other commitments we may not be able to open the office, so please ring (01934 830249) before visiting.
In the future we may be able to open this office for extra days of the week, depending on available staff and subject to demand from local volunteers and recorders.
We also hope to run several training events based in and around the Yatton satellite office over the course of the coming year.
If you are interested in finding out more about the Yatton satellite office then please contact the Assistant Manager, Daniel Marshall, by e-mail or by phone via our contacts page.
